The children find the TVMS staff extremely engaging and enthusiastic. They have developed positive relationships with the children and the children are keen to maintain these relationships and respect the staff who deliver the sessions.
The TVMS staff are they key to our school's music provision. The children speak so highly of them and look forward to each week and each music session. The opportunities for the children to perform in a wider context for the public (like with SNAPPY events) and in other areas is fantastic. T
he staff adapt sessions to the needs of the children and the needs of the years groups e.g. adapting year 6 sessions to incorporate a end of year show.
TVMS staff are able to adapt sessions or parts of sessions with the guidance of classroom staff to ensure all children are able to take part in the session or part of the session, and can also adapt their provision to accommodate key dates in the school calendar such as an end of year performance.
Through the use of the wonderful resources provided by TVMS, the children in school are able to be exposed to musical instruments they have heard of and instruments they wouldn’t usually come across.
