Tees Valley Music Service provides high-quality music education for children, young people, schools and communities across Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.
For over 50 years, we have helped young musicians take their first steps, develop their skills, perform with others and experience the confidence, creativity and enjoyment that music can bring.

We believe every child and young person should have access to high-quality musical opportunities, whatever their background, experience or starting point.
Our role is to make music education accessible, inclusive and inspiring — from first lessons in school to ensembles, performances, workshops and progression opportunities across the Tees Valley.

Tees Valley Music Service (TVMS) is the lead organisation for the Tees Valley Music Hub. It provides music lessons, ensembles, school music programmes and musical opportunities for children, young people and adults across Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Redcar & Cleveland.
