The person responsible agrees to take responsibility for the safekeeping and return of all items hired from the library and to be responsible for payment of any losses of damages incurred whilst in the care of the group. He or she agrees also to ensure payment of all loan charges incurred by the group.

Please note that the person responsible will hold the membership on behalf of the group and all invoices for charges incurred will be sent to them for forwarding to the group treasurer. If you want invoices direct to the treasurer he or she should be named as the person responsible
